Ordering Information |

|
|
We still prefer treating each order as an individual contact between you and the shop. Please contact us through the e-mail link on this page or through other pages on the site.
We are a small operation. Only one man, Chinhda, fabricates all the components you see on these pages. Everything is entirely handmade; there is no CNC machine. Of course, he does use power tools like a Bridgeport machine and a lathe. But he clamps the metal into the device by hand and guides the cutting tools by hand. Tie-down brackets, antenna booms and other articles are typically made in batches of only four or six units at a time so it's best to check stock with us before placing an order.

Similarly, there is only one person handling client relations, packing goods for shipment, and taking care of all the other details of the transactions. |

All of this means that we may not be able to supply all your wishes right away. Some requests may require some time for Chinhda to make a product. Once made, we may need to allow time for anodizing or other finishing work. And, sometimes there is a queue of work demanding Chinhda's attention.

Articles, like mixer and recorder brackets, are always supplied with all the necessary hardware for mounting and use. If you're mounting to your own cart, measuring and drilling holes is up to you.

Pick-up and Delivery |

The shop is located in North Hollywood, a Los Angeles neighborhood. Purchased items can always be picked up directly from the shop. However, we don't maintain a regular storefront and ask that you contact us for an appointment. Small items to be shipped are packed for transit at no extra charge. Packing charges apply to sound carts and other bulky items.

Shipping is billed at our cost. We can usually obtain a good quote in advance but reserve the right to invoice for extra charges if the scales at the Post Office disagree with ours. For delivery in the U.S. and Canada we typically send small articles by FedEx Ground. We arrange with independent freight companies for shipping sound carts by truck.
For delivery overseas we use the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail service. We are happy to use faster services, like FedEx Priority One or FedEx 2nd Day Air, if you need the item right away. It's also fine if you have a preferred shipper and want us to use your account with UPS or another carrier. |

We accept personal checks from domestic customers. Outside the U.S., clients should make an arrangement to pay us in dollars. We can supply wire transfer information. For small purchases we can send a PayPal invoice but the PayPal costs (which we pass on to you) get uncomfortably large with purchases like a sound cart. Do check with us to confirm an order before sending money. |
